Dennis Gage, MD, FACP is a graduate of NYU Washington Square College, where he graduated Cum Laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from the NYU School of Medicine in 1976. His residency was served at the Mount Sinai Hospital of New York and he completed a sub-specialty fellowship in Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Nutrition at St. Luke’s Medical Center. He is currently a Board Certified Diplomate in the specialty of Internal Medicine and in the sub-specialties of Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Clinical Nutrition.

Dr. Gage is affiliated as an Attending Physician at Lenox Hill Hospital and The Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Gage has authored numerous articles and research papers on obesity which have appeared in prestigious medical journals. Dr. Gage is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP). He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Medical Society of the State of New York, the New York County Medical Society and is on the Medical Advisory board of Laniado Hospital Bildirici Center for Diabetes in Israel.

Dr. Gage is the author of the book, The Thinderella Syndrome: A Practical Guide to Individualized Permanent Weight Loss. Dr. Gage has been in clinical practice for over 35 years and has successfully implemented the PLC Program in his New York City Park Avenue Office.
